We are excited to offer CPD Lunchtime Sessions exclusively for AiMH UK members, designed to assist you in crafting your IMH Portfolio and aligning your skills and practice within the AiMH UK IMH CPD Programme. This programme has evolved using the The Infant Mental Health Competency Framework (IMHCF)* developed in collaboration with international centres of excellence and recently sited in the Government launch of Family Hubs, one of the five Parent-Infant Relationship priorities for Start for Life (SfL) areas across the UK.

Upon completion of your IMH Portfolio, you will gain the following benefits:

  • Accumulation of approximately 50 CPD hours
  • Entry to the Infant Mental Health Recognition Register (IMHRR)** as a distinguished hallmark of your professional practice for a duration of three years
  • Receive a certificate and the IMHRR logo to attach to your email signature and any correspondence
  • Your name featured on the IMH Directory, showcased on the AiMH UK website (coming soon)

The process of developing your IMH Portfolio will empower you to engage in critical self-reflection, assess your knowledge and competencies, and pinpoint areas that might require additional training and professional growth.

Throughout these workshops, the AiMH UK Team, including Orion Owen (Director of Education & CPD) and Alison Bird (Membership & IMH CPD Administrator), will be on hand to support you. They will guide you in comprehending the domains, and assist you in navigating the new online learning platform.

These Lunch & Learn Sessions will be recorded and available to view through the AiMH UK Member’s.
