Supporting Mental Health Awareness Week on the topic of Anxiety. Sarah Hodgkins, an Occupational Therapist and a trained Mindfulness Teacher who has developed the 'Baby Mindful' programme for parents and babies will share her practical tips for helping parents connect with their babies from a place of calm, particularly when things are stressful.
